+
+**请先按用户配置wiki完成用户配置项**  
+1.打开**UserDefined.py文件**  
+2.确保您已完成**用户配置选项**  
+3.找到**平台选择**，将shixiseng_state的值改为1  
+4.找到**实习僧配置项**，按**注释需求修改**并填入**Cookie**

+### Cookie的获取办法
+
+1.点击进入实习僧官网https://www.shixiseng.com/interns/  
+2.点击登录并**完成登录**  
+3.按下键盘**F12**按键，点击‘**网络**’  
+4.**刷新页面**，点击‘**interns/**’，找到**Cookie**复制并粘贴到程序  
+（注：通常情况只需要SXS_XSESSION_ID的值即可，如果您不明白什么意思，直接粘贴整段Cookie值即可）
